CNA Program
The objective of this course is the introduction to the healthcare delivery system, the roles and responsibilities of the healthcare team, and the specific role and responsibilities of the nurse aide.
Upon completing the 3-week nurse aide program, the student will be able to articulate, comprehend and apply the basic knowledge and skills to most health occupations, including basic patient care to the acute and chronic, young, adult, and older adult population.

At Purpose Healthcare Institute, our hybrid course leverages Google Classroom to enhance your learning experience. Students complete assignments online and can easily schedule interactive sessions with instructors. This integrated approach combines digital convenience with personalized support, ensuring you receive the guidance needed for academic success.
Purpose Healthcare Training Center DBA Purpose Healthcare Institute-CNA blended course schedule is 3 Weeks of online learning at 2-3 hours per day. And one week of lab skills and clinical 8 hours per day with skills checked off.
Total for the course: Theory +Lab/skills +clinical 80 hours which exceeds the minimum requirement of the State of Michigan.

Purpose Healthcare Training Center DBA Purpose Healthcare Institute is partnering with Employee Based Onsite CNA training Program, an affiliate of Life Care Centers of America, to provide On-Site Nurse aide training!
The two-week on-site Nurse aide training program goal is to prepare candidates to provide high-quality, non-clinical care to the ever-changing population of those in need of care.
You must be hired and meet minimum requirements to participate in this program.
Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship
Now accepting Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship funding for eligible CNA and Phlebotomy students. FAFSA completion is required.
Which programs qualify for this scholarship?
Currently, only CNA Training and Phlebotomy Training at Purpose Healthcare Institute are eligible.
Is FAFSA required?
Yes. All students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), even if they do not plan to use federal loans.
Who qualifies for the scholarship?
Students must meet state eligibility requirements, including Michigan residency, high school completion in 2023 or later, financial need, full-time enrollment, and satisfactory academic progress.
Does the scholarship cover all costs?
The scholarship may help cover tuition and approved program fees. Books, supplies, uniforms, and certification exam fees may not be included.
Is enrollment guaranteed if a student applies?
No. Enrollment is finalized only after scholarship funding is confirmed or an alternative payment arrangement is secured.
Who determines eligibility?
Eligibility is determined by the State of Michigan, not the school.
